There are several formulas of classical Vasavaleha, more simple and more complex. Usually, words “Vrihat” or “Maha” indicate that more complex formula has been used. Adarsh Ayurvedic Pharmacy manufactured the best formula of Vrihat Vasavaleha. 

Vrihat Vasavaleha is a highly efficient medicine for various chronic respiratory tract diseases like asthma, bronchitis and tuberculosis.

The qualities of Vrihat Vasavaleha are determined by its main ingredients. Vasa has cooling effect and sooths exhausting coughing. Pippali is a strong stimulant for digestive and respiratory systems due to its heating quality. It reduces stagnation and Ama there, causes mild laxative effect. 

Vrihat Vasavaleha is also a “rasayana”- a rejuvenator for respiratory system in general.
