Brahmi (Bacopa) is an effective tonic for the nervous system. This medicine is an antidepressant, improves cognition, memory and concentration, indicated for stress, insomnia, used to treat mental disorders, seizures and epilepsy. Brahmi acts as a sedative and reduces anxiety in children. This is the main remedy in Ayurveda for stimulating and strengthening nerve and brain cells.
