This plant is a good antioxidant, promotes iron absorption, activation of protein synthesis of collagen in the subcutaneous tissue and bone structures, improves skin pigmentation and reduces the risk of developing periodontal disease, bleeding gums, activates the processes responsible for stress resistance.
Black currant is an additional source of ascorbic acid, vitamins b, P, carotene. Has a high content of iron, potassium, magnesium, pectin and tannins, organic acids, and phenylalanine. Improves the functions of pancreas, thyroid glands, maintaining emotional balance, stabilizes the liver, kidneys, and nervous system.
